How It Works

Your Six-Month Journey

Every plan is personalized, but here's how the six months typically unfold:

  1. Month 1, Assessment: Comprehensive history, individualized baseline labs, PNOE metabolic testing, and your Inito fertility monitor.
  2. Month 2, Foundations: Personalized nutrition strategy and lifestyle optimization with your provider and coach.
  3. Month 3, Cellular support: Provider-directed therapies supporting cellular and mitochondrial health, including rapamycin where clinically appropriate.
  4. Month 4, Reassess and refine: Repeat labs, review progress, and adjust the plan.
  5. Month 5, Preconception: Medications, supplements, prenatal strategy, and environmental review.
  6. Month 6, Readiness: Final testing, a complete before-and-after review, and your personalized plan going forward.

Rapamycin is a prescription medication with important considerations around pregnancy and reproductive planning. Its use is provider-directed, individualized, and discontinued before conception according to your physician's protocol — it is not presented as a universally appropriate fertility treatment.

Investment & Continuation

Program Details & Continuing Care

Your investment: $7,950 covers the full six months — provider visits, coaching sessions, program lab work, metabolic assessments, the Inito monitor and supplies, and wellness therapy access.

The program is self-pay. A superbill is available on request to submit to your insurance or HSA/FSA administrator; reimbursement varies and isn't guaranteed.

After your six months, month-to-month continuation options help maintain momentum:

  • Comprehensive Continuity Plan — $1,200/mo: 20-minute provider check-in, two 30-minute health coach check-ins, portal access, 2 HBOT sessions, 4 Red Light Therapy sessions
  • Foundational Support Plan — $600/mo: 30-minute health coach check-in, portal access, 1 HBOT session, 4 Red Light Therapy sessions

The Fertility Optimization Program supports preconception health and general wellness and does not guarantee conception or pregnancy. It is not a substitute for conventional fertility evaluation or treatment where indicated. All care is provider-directed; testing, therapies, and any medications are individualized and prescribed at your provider's clinical judgment. Eligibility and recommendations may be affected by your health history.

Dr. Pero was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and comes from a long lineage of accomplished, well-respected physicians. Surrounded by strong, supportive women throughout her life, she naturally gravitated toward medicine and developed a deep passion for women’s healthcare, ultimately specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, she brings advanced, specialized expertise to her patient care.

During her own infertility journey with her husband, Dr. Pero was diagnosed with Endometriosis, Uterine Fibroids, Hormone Imbalance, and Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura — none of which “ran in her family.” This pivotal moment led her to recognize the limitations of relying solely on Western Medicine, while discovering the powerful advantages of Integrative, Lifestyle, and Functional Medicine.

After incorporating targeted nutrition, supplements, acupuncture, and whole-body support alongside modern fertility treatments, she was able to conceive. She and her husband went on to have three biological children and adopted their fourth. By embracing a Functional Medicine lifestyle through personalized nutrition and supplementation, regular movement, sleep, and stress optimization, and other foundational pillars of health, she has remained symptom-free from Endometriosis and Uterine Fibroids without surgical intervention or hormone therapy.

Through her own health journey, she offers understanding and guidance, and is excited to help you realize your full health potential and live your best life yet.
