Description:

The Registered Nurse (RN) within this position will utilize the IV Vitamin infusion nursing process / skills to deliver intravenous vitamins, minerals and amino acids, as well as injections such as B12, Glutathione, NAD, etc. IV vitamin therapy is administered to customers who drop in or make appointments. The nurse within this position will be highly effective at supporting our customers in having an experience that enhances their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer vitamin, mineral, amino acid IV’s as well as injections.
  • Provides information and education for those who ask about IV vitamin therapy.
  • Provide high care, high quality and personable customer service to all who enter or call.

Pay:

$38 to $43 per hour (includes base salary plus gratuity)

Schedule:

  • Mondays 9:00am to 5:00pm and Tuesdays, and Thursdays 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Alive and Well IV Vitamin Therapy Registered Nurse within Nutrabolt (The Human Performance Company) and Kollective Gym.

Lab manager responsibilities:

  • Prepare compound medications and other healthcare products for patients
  • Formula development
  • Supervise laboratory staff and provide training as needed
  • Monitor and keep up to date with staff compounding training and potency/ competency testing

Alive and Well, Austin is an integrative wellness center in Bee Caves, a suburb of Austin, TX. Through our functional medicine clinic, we focus on treating patients with a whole body, root cause approach. We spend considerable time getting to know the health history and current conditions of each patient. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Cryostar body sculpting unit to assist and support guests
  • Provide post-treatment protocol to guests to help maximize results
  • Provide a therapeutic experience
  • Strong customer service skills and the willingness to support our guests in having an optimal experience
  • The ability to make other recommendations for services within Alive and Well that will benefit the guest’s overall well-being

Commission:

You will make commission off of the service price. Services $0-250 you will make 30% commission plus gratuity

Anything over $250 you will make $50 an hour plus 10% commission plus gratuity

Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm

Alive and Well Boulder is looking for an experienced Pharmacy Tech to join our team.

Summary of General Work

In the position your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) providing customer service, maintaining a neat and orderly pharmacy, working cohesively with the other pharmacists and techs, promoting pharmacy services to increase sales.

Essential Duties

Pharmacy

Under the immediate direction of a licensed pharmacist:

  • Retrieving prescription orders.
  • Counting, pouring, measuring and weighing tablets and medications.
  • Mixing medications.
  • Following HIPAA regulations as it pertains to patient information.
  • Selecting the proper prescription container
  • Creating prescription labels.
  • Receiving and storing incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices, and inform supervisors of stock needs and shortages.
  • Taking refill requests over the phone.
  • Faxing doctor requests.
  • Performing fillling duties with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Preparing insurance claim forms.
  • Maintaining patient profiles.
  • Completing cash register transactions.
  • Answering phones.
  • Being aware of the latest medicines and their availability.
  • Clean, and help maintain equipment and work areas, and sterilize glassware according to prescribed methods.

Administrative

  • Completing all necessary paperwork such as logs, prescription notes, audits.
  • Punching in and out when working a shift, and when taking a meal break.
  • Taking meal and rest breaks at the appropriate time and for the length as indicated by state and federal labor laws.
  • Initialing the break schedule every day for every break.

Customer Service

  • Greeting each customer with a smile and maintaining eye contact.
  • Answering the pharmacy phone before the third ring and with a smile in your voice. Answer according to Alive and Well protocol.
  • Providing customer education and requesting the pharmacist for patient counseling.
  • Taking that “extra step” that will differentiate Alive and Well from the other pharmacies.

Requirements

  • Must be currently certified with a clear tech license in the state where they are working.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide at a high school level.
  • Experience with entering insurance information into pharmacy systems
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.
  • The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations).
  • The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • The ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
