CryoSTAR Anti-Aging + Contouring Skin Treatments

During the cyrostar body sculpting session, the therapist sets the wand to –2° C and gently massages the skin with the wand and warm hands. This causes the blood vessels to alternate between constriction and dilation in the dermis (microcirculation).  

With microcirculation, blood vessels can deliver blood to the dermis cells. As a result, collagen and elastin production increases, as well as these fibers’ quality. 
 

It depends on the part of the body, but the process is usually around 30 minutes. 

Body sculpting does not hurt, but it is an interesting sensation. Many guests say that it feels like an ice cube moving across the skin. 

Many clients see results after their first session. But it usually takes 3 or 4 sessions to notice significant change. 

It takes an average of two weeks for your body to completely remove the fat cells from your system. Therefore, the treatment is most effective where there are two weeks between each session. 

Any guest with the conditions listed below should NOT body sculpt. 

CryoSTAR Slimming & CryoSTAR Toning: 

• Raynaud’s  

• Severe allergy to cold 

• Progressive diseases (MS, ALS, Parkinson’s, Neuropathy) 

• Severe kidney or liver disease 

• Bacterial/viral infections of the skin 

• Wound healing disorders 

• Circulatory disorders 

• Pacemaker/metal implants 

• Active/severe eczema, rashes, or dermatitis 

• Use of topical antibiotics in desired treated areas 

• Silicone/mesh implants or inserts in desired treatment area 

• Body piercing or incision scars in desired treatment area 

CryoSTAR Facial: 

• ALL conditions listed above 

• Botox in the past 30 days 

• Fillers in the past 90 days 

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (E-Stim) 

• Pacemakers 

• Allergic response to electrode/tape/gel 

• Skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis 

• Current or recent bleeding/hemorrhage 

• Open wounds 

• Compromised circulation (ischemic tissue, thrombosis, etc.) 

• Recent surgery, check with physician
